Birmingham Area

Alabaster Municipal Park

From I65 exit at #238, go North on Hwy 31 to first stop light. Turn Left onto Hwy 119. Go approximately one mile to Thompson Intermediate School. Turn Right onto Thompson Road at first stoplight. Turn left onto Warrior Drive. Park will be on the right.

Arkadelphia Field

Take Arkadelphia Road exit off I-59. Go 2 blocks north. Turn right. Field is on the right.

Bradford Park

From I-59, Exwy 79 North (Tallapoosa Street) travel approximately 15.9 miles to caution light. Turn left onto Bradford Rd. go 1.6 miles, turn right onto Bradford Trafford Rd. Park is 100 ft turn left.

Briarwood Soccer Fields

From Highway 280 turn S onto Hwy 119 go 3 miles, field is on the Right across from Briarwood High School From I65 exit on to Cahaba Valley Road, go north past Heardmont Stadium and field is on L across from Briarwood High School.

Brookwood Forest Elementary

Take I65 to Birmingham from Montgomery. Take the I-459 Exit toward Birmingham/Atlanta. From Tuscaloosa take I59 to I-459 Exit to the right. From I-459: Exit at Liberty Parkway (exit 23) Driving South turn left off of off-ramp if traveling North turn right. Proceed to the first intersection and turn right. Go to next intersection and turn right on to Overton Road. You will go under I-459 and follow Overton Rd. going through one stoplight (Oakdale Dr.) and continue to the second stoplight (S. Brookwood Rd). Take a right on Brookwood; go up hill and through first stop sign. Brookwood Forest is on the right. Park in the lot, field is behind school.

 

Engel Field

From I-459: exit Hwy 280 East to Childersburg. Continue on Hwy 280 East for about 10 minutes. Turn right onto Hwy 119 (there is a McAlister's Deli and SouthTrust Bank on the corner). Follow Hwy 119 for about 5 minutes, passing Briarwood Christian School on left. Turn right onto County Road 14. Take an immediate right into the Oak Mtn. Presbyterian Church parking lot. Go all the way to the back of the parking lot. Engel field is the last field at the back of the parking lot (Engel field is located behind Oak Mtn. Presbyterian Church).

 

From I-65: exit Hwy 119 and go North (towards Hwy 280). Go about 15 minutes on Hwy 119 and turn left onto County Road 14. Take an immediate right into the Oak Mtn. Presbyterian Church parking lot. Continue to the back of the parking lot. Engel field.

 

Forest Park Fields-Chelsea

From Interstate 459 North: Take the Highway 280 Exit. Take a right onto Highway 280 East. Continue east on Highway 280 for 8 miles. A ½ miles pass the SoccerBlast fields turn left on Essex Drive then take first right and follow signs to soccer field at rear of subdivision (0.8 miles).

Grantswood School
From Interstate 459/Highway 280 Junction: Take Interstate 459 North to Exit 27 (Grantswood Road). Go left (west) to the first street (Grantswood Road) and turn right. Go 8/10th of a mile. The school is on the left. Fields are behind and to the left of the school.

Heardmont Park

Take I65 South or I65 North to exit #246 (119/Oak Mtn). Go east on Highway 119 for approximately 5 miles. Park is on your left. Coming from Highway 280, turn west on Highway 119. Go approximately 6 miles and the Park is on your right.

 

Indian Springs School

From Interstate 459/Interstate 65 Junction: Take Interstate 65 South 3.7 miles to Exit 246 ( Highway 119/Cahaba Valley Road). Turn left (east) on Cahaba Valley Road (Highway 119) and proceed 0.8 miles to the entrance to Indian Springs School on right side of road. Proceed through guard house and bear right at fork in road. Road will continue through campus to soccer field at rear of campus.

 

Jefferson State Athletic Field

Take I59/20 east to Tallapoosa Street (highway 79) exit #128. Go north 10.4 miles through Tarrant to Pinson, past the Carson Road entrance to Jeff. State. The entrance to the sports area is .6 miles past Carson Road on the right. The fields are up the hill behind the Lady Pioneers Softball Field.

Field is the last field at the back of the parking lot.

 

Liberty Park

Take I-65 to I-459 North to Liberty Parkway exit. At end of exit ramp turn right, and a few yards further turn right again. Proceed to stop sign at bottom of hill. Go straight through intersection into Liberty Park (Do not turn right and go back under the interstate) Proceed along Liberty Parkway for approximately 4 miles and you will see the entrance to the Vestavia Sports Complex on the right. Enter through the gate and drive past the baseball fields until you come to the soccer fields. Fields are numbered. Classic play will be on fields #13 unless specified to be on #10.

 

Mountain Brook Elementary

From Highway 280: Take HWY 280 west to Hollywood Blvd. Exit. Turn right at top of ramp. Go to first stoplight and take a right onto Cahaba Rd. Field is approximately 0.4 miles on your left.

 

Mountain Brook High School (Upper Field)

From Tuscaloosa take I59 to the I459 Exit.
From Montgomery take I65 to the I459 Exit toward Atlanta.

 

From I-459: Exit at Liberty Parkway (exit 23) Driving South turn left off of off-ramp if traveling north turn right. Proceed to the first intersection and turn right. Go to next intersection and turn right on to Overton Road. You will go under I-459 and follow Overton Rd. going to first stoplight (Oakdale Dr). Turn right on Oakdale Dr. and go to first light and turn right at high school entrance. The entrance to the lower field is through agate to the left as you come into the parking lot. The upper field is at the back end of the upper parking lot, to the right of the school.

North Florence #1 & #2

From Huntsville - US72W - turn right onto Helton drive (AL17/AL157) - Turn left onto Rickwood Drive - turn left onto Chisholm Rd. - go 0.7 miles - field on the right. www.shoalssoccer.net

Riverchase/Hoover Fields

Take I65 North or South to I -459. Take I-459 toward Tuscaloosa to Hwy 31. At the intersection of I-459 and Hwy 31, take Hwy 31, South. Go to the 8th traffic light (1.5 mi) and turn left into the Riverchase Business district. Go 0.2 mile; turn left (2nd left) onto Parkway River Road. The entrance to the fields is at the end of the drive, turn right into the park.

 

Rocky Ridge Fields - Hoover Sports Park East

Take Acton Road ( off I459) go past Briarwood on the right to the next traffic light. Turn left and go around big curve. Fields are on the left

 

Hoover Met Fields

From the Interstate 459/Interstate 65 Junction: Take Interstate 459 South for about 5 miles to Exit 10 (The Hoover Metropolitan Stadium/Highway 150 Exit). Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Highway 150 East. Drive 0.4 miles to the second traffic light and turn right into the entrance of “Trace Crossings” (you will be traveling towards The Hoover Metropolitan Stadium). Go a mile or two and you will see the soccer fields on your left, just before the Metropolitan Stadium.

Polo Fields
From Interstate 459/Interstate 65 Junction: Take Interstate 65 South 16 miles to Exit 234 (Shelby County Airport). Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp. This will be Shelby County Highway 87 toward the University of Montevallo. Proceed 1.6 miles to a dead-end intersection with Shelby County Highway 22. Turn right. Polo fields are 0.6 miles on left side of road.

Trussville Sports Complex Soccer Field

Trussville Complex #1,2,3, or 4. From the Pinson/Trussville exit ( #141) on I-59 North, bear right onto Chalkvillle Road, go 1.2 mi. turn left on Oak Street, go past the football stadium, take the park entrance road---first left past bridge. Soccer fields are 0.8 mi. ahead. Field numbers are posted.

South Shelby Soccer Club Fields (Oliver Park)

From Birmingham go 65 South to the Hwy 25 Calera Exit. Turn Right on Hwy 25. Follow to Hwy 31, turn left on Hwy 31. At 1st light turn right at Calera High School (Hwy 25). Pass high school and turn left behind school. Field is on the left of school.

Gadsden

Gadsden State Community College

I-59 Exit I759, right on George Wallace Drive, first red light take a right, go through campus to boat docks, field #6 is posted on the right.

Anniston

Ft. McClellan Football Field

From Birmingham, take I-20 East to 1st Oxford/Anniston exit (Hwy 21). Turn left (north) and proceed nine (9) miles to Baltzel Gate entrance to Fort McClellan (be in right hand lane). Turn right and go 1.1 miles to a traffic circle. Bare right around the traffic circle past the fire hall and exit to the right again onto Summerall Gate Rd. Go 2 tenths of a mile. You will be at a yield sign and a gym on the right and construction to your right just past the yield sign.  Continue on past the construction and take your first right drive up about 100 yards or so and you will see the football field on your right.

Lenlock Community

From Birmingham take I-20 to Hwy 431 (Oxford/Anniston exit) go north for approximately 7-8 miles. Turn into Anniston Museum Entrance (right turn) go to first stop sign. Turn Right. Go to next stop sign. Turn Left. Stay on this road until it ends (approx. 2 miles). Fields are on the left side of the parking lot.

Tuscaloosa

University of Alabama- Tuscaloosa (Rec Fields) map

Holy Spirit, Tuscaloosa

Exit I-50 at McFarland Blvd. Turn left at 1st traffic light. Field is on the right, behind the Krystal restaurant.

 

Sokol A&B, Tuscaloosa

Exit I -20/I59 at McFarland Blvd. Proceed right onto McFarland and travel straight ahead until you cross the Warrior River. At the 3rd traffic light (Delchamps on the right) turn right and proceed approximately 2 miles. Sokol Park is on the right. Turn right onto Union Chapel road immediately before reaching the park. Proceed 0.3 miles and turn left at first road. Parking is on the left.

 

Cullman

Heritage Park

From the Birmingham area, I-65 north, take exit 304 at Good Hope and travel right towards Cullman. Past the Cullman Industrial Park continue to the 1st traffic light (West Main) & take a left. Take a right on Olive Street and continue to the parking lot on the left past Woodland Village

 

Wallace State Soccer Field

From Birmingham: Take I65 N to Exit 291 Go approx 11.6 miles Take left on Highway 31 N Go to Wallace State main entrance (across for Hardees) and turn left Follow this road past baseball stadium and tennis courts. Take right behind Coliseum, past softball field, to soccer field on left.

 

Huntsville

American Legion Field at Wilson Park

Take I-565 from Huntsville. Go past Interstate 65. I565 becomes Hwy 20 and then merges with Hwy 31 just before you cross the Tennessee River. You will cross over the River Bridge. Stay on Hwy 31. Go approximately two miles. Turn R on Beltline Road (aqua Hwy 67). Go over the overpass and Adventure Park playground and Wilson Morgan Park will be on your right. Turn right into the park. Go to the rear of the parking area. The soccer field is located behind the tennis courts and batting cages on the edge of the lake.

 

Bell Mountain

Take 1-565 to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Redstone Road. Turn right onto Redstone Rd. Go approximately. 0.8 mile and turn right. Go approximately 200 yards to the park entrance. The fields on the right next to Redstone Road.

 

City North and City South: Brahan Springs Park:
Take 1-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Drake Avenue and turn right (west) approximately one mile and turn right at traffic light into Brahan Springs Park. Go to the 4 way stop and turn left (west). Go approximately 1/2 mile., the field is on the left across from the Milton Frank Stadium. City North is closest to the stadium. City South is 99 x 65 yards. City North is 90 x 65 yards.

 

Dublin Park

Take Highway I-565 to Madison and turn on Wall-Triana towards Madison. Go past Highway 20 into Madison. Turn right on Old Madison Pike (a.k.a. Brown's Ferry Road). Go past Hughes Road (Applebee's will be on your left). Go about a half mile and the Dublin Park Natatorium and Park will be on the left as you go up the hill. The fields are behind the natatorium.
Alternate directions to the International Field at Dublin Park - From the interstate get off at Wall Triana going north to Old Madison Pike (red light) then right, go past Kroger and Hughes Road, then maybe ¼ mile and you’ll see the field on your left. It’s the first one. It’s about a block east of Hughes Road

Fern Bell Park

Take 1-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Drake Ave. and turn left (east). Go to Whitesburg Dr. and turn right (south). Go one mile and the park is on the right.

 

Fern Gully

Take 1-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Drake Ave. and turn left (east). Go to Whitesburg Dr. and turn right (south). Go one mile and the park is on the right.  You will take a right on Sanders before you get to Fern Bell  Park. If you pass the park you have gone to far.  You will go between Whitesburg Middle School and Whitesburg Baptist Church.  Follow Sanders around and take a left at the pool into Fern Gully parking lot.  Fern Gully field is behind the pool.

 

Huntsville High East and West

From the West: Follow Interstate 565 east to the Memorial Parkway exit. Take Memorial Parkway South. Get off at the Bob Wallace Exit. Stay to the left on the service road and make a Left at the light onto Bob Wallace Avenue. Go to the second traffic light the fields are on the left. Make a left at the light, then a left into the parking lot.

From the East. Follow Interstate 565 West to the Memorial Parkway exit. Take Memorial Parkway South. Get off at the Bob Wallace Exit. Stay to the left on the service road and make a Left at the light onto Bob Wallace Avenue. Go to the second traffic light the fields are on the left. Make a left at the light, then a left into the parking lot.

 

John Hunt Fields (Old Airport & Soccer Central)

Take 1-565 East to Us 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Airport Road. Turn right (west). Follow Airport road to second traffic light, turn right. Once in the parking area, Hunt 1 & 2 are on your right and Hunt 3 & 4 are on
your letft. Turn left at light for 9 & 10. Hunt 3 & 4 are 75 x 120 yards.
Hunt 1 and 2 are set at 120x75. This is based on maximum dimensions set by the National Federation (high school) and NCAA. They can be widened to 120x80 if needed. These are the two fields used for the state championships, college championships, ODP, and tournament play only.
Note that on some field maps Hunt 3 and 4 are identified as 4A and 6B. These are the numbers that AYSO uses for the U10 fields that go across them.
Hunt 3 is 112 x 71 yards (nearest Airport Road)
Hunt 4 is 101 x 66 yards (near the Jaycee's Building)
Hunt 9 & 10 are smaller fields, occasionally used for tournament play for younger teams.

 

Kiwanis
Turn right toward 1-565 (do not get on 1-565), bear right to Bob Wallace and follow toward Jordan Lane, Just prior to the Jordan Lane intersection turn right onto a gravel road with a (small) sign ‘mulch pile. Field is up the hill and on the left. This field is currently 70 x 120 yards

 

Merrimack Park

Huntsville's newest soccer park is located on the old site of the Merrimack Mill. The fields are on the corner of Triana Boulevard and Linden Avenue (just north of Drake Avenue) and are within walking distance of City North and City South fields.
Take 1-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Drake Avenue and turn right (west). Go about a mile and turn right on Triana Boulevard. The fields will be a block or two on your right. FOSNA, NASL and RCIT have all contributed to the development of the new complex.

 

McCucken Park

Take I-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Hobbs Road and left (east). Go approximately 1 1/2 miles to Bailey Cove Road and turn right (south). Go 2/10 miles and the park is on the right. The soccer fields are back of the baseball fields.

 

Randolph School

Take 1-565 East to US 231 (Memorial Parkway), go south to Drake Avenue and turn left (east). Go approximately 1 mile to second traffic light (Whitesburg Drive)). Continue straight for approximately 1/2 mile, the school and field are on the left.

 

Randolph High School

From 565E: go South on Drake Ave. Go East on Drake. Randolph High is on the left 5 miles.

 

Randolph (Garth)

East on Drake Ave. Pass Randolph School and turn right on Garth Road. The field is approximately 1 mile on the left.

 

REC Field- Brahan Springs Park

Take I-565 East to US 231 ( Memorial Parkway) go south to Drake Avenue and turn right (west),approximately one mile and turn right at trafic light into Brahan Springs park. The field is on the left across the street from the tennis courts. Rec Field's current size is 108x 65 yards.

 

Showers Rec

Take I-565 go North on 231(Memorial Pkwy), turn left on Maston Lake Road, then off Maston turn Right on Blue Springs Road and Showers Rec center is about 1/2 mile on Right. Field is behind the rec center. Field not visible from road.

 

University of Alabama- Huntsville

From Decatur--- Take I-565 to Huntsville. Take the Sparkman Drive exit at the Space and Rocket Center. Turn left on Sparkman Drive. Cross over the I-565 and go about a mile to the intersection of Bradford Drive (to the left). Holmes Avenue (to the right ) and Sparkman Drive. Turn right on Holmes Avenue. Go about four blocks and turn left on Benjamin Graves Drive. The parking lot for Spragins Hall is on the right just past the outdoor soccer field.

 

Northern/Stoner Park

East 565 to Rideout Road / Research Park Blvd Exit. Take Plummer Exit/ turn Right. Plummer Rd. will turn into Mastin Lake once it crosses Jordan Lane. Stay on Mastin Lake (aprox. 5 to 6 miles). Take a left on Bragg St. Street dead ends at Northern/Stoner Park. Soccer field is at the east end of the park.

Madison

Liberty Middle School Soccer Field

281 Dock Murphy Dr., Madison, AL: Take I-565 from Huntsville to Exit #8; turn left on Hwy. 20, going past K-Mart; turn right onto County Line Road; go about 5 miles. When you pass Liberty Square subdivision (tennis courts), turn right on Dock Murphy Drive. Liberty School is at end of Dock Murphy Drive. The fields can also be reached from Highway 72 to County Line Road. About 1 mile south of Highway 72 and turn left on Dock Murphy.

From Birmingham: Take I-65 North to the I-565 exit to Huntsville. Turn right on I-565 like you are going to Huntsville. Go about 7 miles and get off on the first exit for Madison which will be Highway 20. The first exit off Highway 20 is County Line Road. Turn North (left) on County Line Road. Go about 5 miles. When you pass Liberty Square subdivision (tennis courts), turn right on Dock Murphy Drive. Liberty School is at end of Dock Murphy Drive.

Palmer Park- International Field (map)

From Huntsville take Highway I-565 to Exit 8 at Madison and turn north on Wall-Triana towards Madison. Go past Highway 20 into Madison. Cross over railroad tracks and turn left on Front Street. Palmer Park will be 1.2 miles on the left.

From Birmingham take I-65 to I-565 and turn right towards Huntsville. Take Highway I-565 to Exit 8 at Madison and turn north on Wall-Triana towards Madison. Go past Highway 20 into Madison. Cross over railroad tracks and turn left on Front Street. Palmer Park will be 1.2 miles on the left.

 

Florence

North Florence Fields

Take Cox Creek Parkway west to Chisholm Road. Continue south on Chisholm Road 1.5 miles to fields.

McFarland Park

Hwy 72 into Florence, merge left onto Dr. Hicks Blvd. Go to 3rd light, turn left. Follow road 1 mile and Park is on the left.

Decatur

Point Mallard Field

From Birmingham: The Kiwanis and DYSA full-size fields, Summit and Pearce East U-12 fields, American Legion and Pearce West U-10 fields, and tournament fields #1, #2 and #3 are at the Point Mallard Soccer Complex in Decatur .

Go north on I-65 to the Highway 67 exit (exit 334). You will exit to the right off of the interstate, go to the bottom of the ramp and turn left (going back under the I-65 overpass). Go about 6 miles and turn right on Highway 31 (also known as Sixth Avenue ). The Lynn Layton Chevrolet car dealership is on the corner of Highways 67 and 31. After you turn right go will go about two miles to a McDonald's Hamburgers. It is on the corner of Highway 31 and 8th Street SE. Turn right on 8th Street. Follow 8th Street as far as you can go until you pass the golf course and a soccer field on your left. At the next intersection turn right. If you go straight by mistake you will be in the Point Mallard Campgrounds. Follow that road as far as you can go (about a mile). It makes a huge sweeping curve through the whole Point Mallard Complex. After you pass the baseball fields (on left) and Aquatic Center (on your right) the soccer complex will be on your left. Look for the tall stadium type lights.

From Huntsville: take I-565 towards Decatur and continue past I-65 where I-565 becomes Highway 20. From the North, take I-65 South and take exit 340 towards Decatur on Highway 20. Follow Highway 20 as it curves to the left when it merges with Highway 31 just before you cross the Tennessee River. You will cross over the River Bridge. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Church Street (at Bud's convenience store). Follow Church Street all the way to the end of the road (almost two miles). You will pass the Point Mallard Golf Course. Turn right at the three way stop. Do not go into the Point Mallard Campgrounds. Follow Point Mallard Drive into the Point Mallard Aquatic area. Go past the baseball fields (on the left) and the waterslides and wave pool (on the right). At the far end of the park there are lots of soccer fields on the left next to the Point Mallard Stage area. There are ten tall stadium light poles to identify the soccer fields.

SW Park Fields

From Birmingham: Go north on I-65 to the Highway 67 exit (exit 334). You will exit to the right off of the interstate, go to the bottom of the ramp and turn left (going back under the I-65 overpass). Go about 8 miles on Highway 67 (which is called Beltline after you cross Highway 31 or 6 th Avenue) to Modaus Road. Modaus Road will be the traffic light after Spring Avenue. There is a Home Depot on the left. Make a left onto Modaus Road and continue approximately 2 miles. At this point, Modaus Road will be a 2-lane road. Where the road widens into 3 lanes, just past Cedar Ridge Baptist Church, turn right on the road going up the hill. Follow the road over the hill to the parking area.

Guntersville

Carlisle Park Field

I-59 North to Gadsden. In Gadsden, take the highway 431 exit (do not take the Gadsden exit). Go North on 431 (left). Stay on 431 N through the turns in Gadsden. Stay on 431 N into Guntersville. In Guntersville, turn left onto highway 69 South toward Arab (the first traffic light after McDonalds). Take a right at the third traffic light beside Finlay Plaza (shopping center on left) where you see the lake in front of you. This is Sunset Dr. but its not marked. The field will be on your right in less than �½ mile. If coming in via highway 79 N, 79 will end into 431 across from the Holiday Inn. Take a left onto 431 N and follow directions above.

Bay Minette Fields

Take I-65 to the Bay Minette/Stockton exit. Head South on Hwy 59. Take a right at the first light. Turn right at the light in front of Wal-Mart. Turn right at the first stop sign. Fields are 1/2 mile on the right.

Fairhope

Founder's Park

Founders Park is located in Fairhope, Alabama. From I-10, whether traveling east or west, take Daphne exit (U.S. Highway 98 South) to Fairhope. Continue on U.S. Highway Business 98 South (stay on four lane) to County Road 44 (Fairhope High School is located on Southeast corner of intersection). Turn left (east) on County Road 44 and travel approximately 1 mile and the complex will be on the right. Enter the complex via Founders Drive. See map above.  

FLORIDA

Pensacola

Ashton Brosnaham Fields

10300 Ashton Brosnaham Road, Pensacola, Florida
The fields are home to PFC. Take Hwy. 29 North out of Pensacola, 5 miles north of I-10. Turn right on 10 Mile Rd. and go 3/4 mile. Turn left into the park, fields on left.

Santa Rosa Soccer Complex (Pace)
From University Mall Area: Go north on Davis Highway (State Road 291). Road merges into Highway 90 East
Stay on Highway 90 and cross over Escambia River into Santa Rosa County. Get in left lane as you enter Pace. Watch for a McDonald's and Tom Thumb at the first intersection. Turn left at the first light onto Highway 197A (Woodbine Road). Go north on Highway 197A approximately 3.5 miles until you see a stop light. Continue north (straight) as road merges with Highway 197. You should see a sign for Chumuckla. Go approximately four more miles north and you should see the fields on your left. The access road to enter the park is before you come to the fields so be prepared to turn.

Tiger Point Park (Gulf Breeze)

3845 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, Florida
Fields are located just east of the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 6 miles east of Gulf Breeze Proper, or approximately 11 miles west of Navarre, on Highway 98.
